Fogged up, yellowed, clouded headlights greatly reduce the distance your headlights can project and reduce the amount of light on the road ahead.  This makes driving at night much harder and unsafe.  Fogged headlights may also cause your car to fail inspection.   No need to buy new headlight assemblies in most cases.  We have a process to restore headlight to close to new as long as the the yellowing is on the outside of the lens, as most are.
